Sacred Union began as my own threshold. After walking through losses I didn't know how to name, I learned that grief isn't something we move past — it's something we learn to live alongside, gently, in our own time.

Now I facilitate grief share circles, hold private 1:1 containers for the grief that needs a more personal space, and host the After the Silence podcast.

This work is unhurried. There is no fixing here — only witness, language, and the company of someone who has walked it.
